My photo
A very warm welcome to my teeny, tiny part of the huge world of blogging. This is where I share my passion for making hand made greeting cards. So - why "Always with a Heart"? Well this is for two reasons. Firstly, it is because every card I produce carries a heart on it somewhere. This can be big and bold or small and almost hidden - the fun sometimes is just trying to find it! Secondly it is because I put my heart into everything I produce. I hope that any visitors enjoy seeing what I post. If you drop by then please leave me a comment so that I know you called. It would be nice to know that you have found my heart in what I do.

STAMPALOT CHALLENGE

Hi Everyone

Well we are nearly halfway through May and I haven't entered anything into the Stampalot Challenge yet .. .. .. how can I not take part in this one? Have you seen the awesome prize that is on offer?

But before I show you the prize I will show you my little creation.

The theme is butterflies and blossoms

This used:

Image: Personal Impressions "P1406M" - Cherry Blossom
Sentiment: Hobby Art Clear "CS016D" General Greetings
Backing Papers: DCWV The Old World Stack
Papermania: PMA 41258 Glitter Embossed Vintage Butterfly Borders & Corners
X-Cut Butterfly Punch
Josy Rose: Nail Heads
Minimal Promarkers
Pearls and cord from the stash box

So now for a look at the awesome prize:

and this is only part of the prize .. .. pop over to the challenge blog to see the full extent of this fantastic prize and also to see all the great creations the DT have made - then no doubt you will be creating and entering yourself (if you haven't already). If you do .. .. then good luck.

Well I have had one week of being at home - which equates to 3 extra craft days in my life. I still feel a little like I have just had a week off work .. .. but my bank account will tell me differently!!

My new routine is falling nicely into place. I still get up nice and early with hubby and do housework (sorry for swearing) before eating breakfast and making my way to my little craft pod.

I have to do the housework first because once in my little room I don't want to leave it. The only thing I do before hubby returns is hang the washing out and bring it in again - eat a bit of dinner and make the odd cup of coffee. What I am finding is because I am upstairs and the kettle is downstairs I am tending to drink more water from the bathroom tap .. .. that can only be good .. .. doesn't water make you beautiful? Must remember to have a gallon a day!!

Another good thing is that I am in a great routine with the ironing and do a little bit each morning alongside other jobs and slowly I have got on top of it .. .. hopefully never to fall behind again. So if nothing else I am offering a much more efficient laundry service than I was before!!! LOL!!!

Have a good weekend everyone and thank you for popping in.

Love Jules xx

Hi Jules,
It sounds like you have got yourself into a great routine already. I'm like you with the ironing, little and often. I got rid of my ironing basket so that it can't sit around!
Your card is beautiful, so elegant! Thank you for joining us at Sir Stampalot this month.
I hope you are enjoying your weekend - not that crafting is your job do you have the weekend off!!

A lovely elegant card, Jules. If the tap in your bathroom is fed from a tank – you probably shouldn’t drink it btw!
